I'm awarding the inaugural "Seanín Award for excellence in the field of ineptitude in business" to GLS. A close second were their partners in the UK Parcelforce.
"We gave it the full gun this year, and are delighted with our award. Is there anything else that I can't help you with?" - Carmel in the GLS office.
In other news, my King Brian outfit and inflatable shamrock have finally arrived! Roll on St. Patrick's day 2007!
