I'm going to do what I've been saying I'd do for ages and make a CD all of songs about trains... because they're great. Here's what I've got so far:
- Johnny Cash - Orange Blossom Special
- The Monkees - Last Train To Clarksville
- Arlo Guthrie - City of New Orleans
- Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Midnight Special
- Kraftwerk - Trans-Europe Express (Noel will be impressed)
- Guy Clark - Texas 1947
- Box Car Willie - Wabash Cannonball
If anyone suggests that Runaway Train song - I'm not talking to them again.. evar.
